Terms of sale and delivery of Maretarium’s online store

1. Prices

Maretarium reserves the right to change prices and information in the online store.

2. Reclamation

Any reclamations about the products or delivery can be made within 14 days to tel. +358 40 3110 330 or email info(at)maretarium.fi.

3. General payment terms and methods

The internet banking service is provided by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with the Finnish banks. Paytrail Oyj buys the payment and pays it then to Kotka Maretarium Ltd. (VAT number: 1652254-0). Internet banking is made via secured systems and eShop system administration cannot have access to customers´ bank information at any point. Paytrail Oyj is the receiver of the payment.

4. Using tickets

A ticket entitles you to one one-time visit. For ticket purchases, an email confirmation or order number acts as a ticket. Ticket products in a single confirmation shall be used simultaneously on a single visit.
Tickets must be used within one (1) month of the date of purchase, gift tickets shall be marked with a period of validity. Unused tickets will not be redeemed. Maretarium is not responsible for lost tickets.
